The climate protection projects are evaluated by experts of Kommunalkredit Public Consulting, the operational manager of Climate Austria. Climate protection projects that fail to meet Climate Austria’s strict selection criteria are rejected. All projects that have passed the evaluation stage undergo regular quality checks by a Steering Committee set up especially for this purpose and comprising experts of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management.
